When Phil takes his...special...friend driving, they soon find themselves stranded at an
old barn in the middle of nowhere, with no phone! Little do they realise a mysterious ginger figure is
lurking, a farmer with a deep secret - and has his own ways of dealing with trespassers!
This 5 minute short is Simon Loves directing debut.
WHAT IS HE?
It was a damp, cold early Winters day when the team were bored, standing around near the Castle
Gardens & decided it would be more fun to make a movie. With the battery charged and some petrol
in Charlie's automobile - we set off to a location we remembered could be suitable for Skanked
Up, but decided to make something fresh. This short was born & Simon Love - who wanted
to take a bit of a break from all the Skanked Up filming, directed the production. It took
four hours to shoot and the end result was a comical little short, which was well received that
evening. It's not perfect, but for a few hours work we properly impressed!
