The Journey Home is an adventure game developed with Chris Jones' Adventure Game Studio, taking it's inspiration from classic adventure games such as Monkey Island, Simon The Sorcerer, Day Of The Tenticle, Discworld, and countless others.

  1. The first in the epic three part adventure charting Derek Strange's accidental zapping across the galaxy and subsequent capture by the leader of one of two waring continents. He seeks a way to get back home! The story can only really be experienced, and is explained in the stunning intro. No, it really is stunning!



  2. Nominated for the best game award in the 2002 AGS Awards, The Journey Home has recieved lots of praise and is a superbly enjoyable adventure game.

  3. The game features music by the creator Adam Hay and and also guest composer Mark Lovegrove.

  4. There is currently no news of further parts of The Journey Home.
